Mindfulness Meditation Course
Learning mindfulness is not difficult and you will start to feel the benefits straight away. In this course you will learn a number of techniques and the many benefits of this well researched meditation practice. We will also teach you about stress, how it affects your mind and body.
This course is facilitated by Reiki Masters Louise Riley and Carol Lewis (www.carolslewis.com.au), both have extensive meditation experience in a number of meditation techniques. Carol has completed the Level 1 Mindfulness Meditation training (based on the teachings of Jon Kabat-Zinn- the founder of the Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction technique). Together they provide a wonderful supportive & relaxed environment, and will skillfully guide you through this course.
This 8 week course is available to beginners and experienced meditators. You do not need any previous experience at all- everyone is welcome. Select from two session day/times:
Thursday 7 30 pm - 8 30 pm or
Friday 11am - 12 pm
Thursdays; October 12, 19, 26, November 2, 9, 16, 23, 30
Fridays; October 13, 20, 27, November 3, 10, 17, 24, December 1

$120 for 8 week course $20 per casual session
