Mindfulness  & Meditation  Classes

Learning mindfulness and meditation is not difficult and you will start to feel the benefits straight away. In this course you will learn a number of techniques and the many benefits of these well researched meditation practices. We will also teach you about stress, how it affects your mind and body.  

This course is facilitated by Reiki Masters Louise Riley and Carol Lewis (, both have extensive meditation experience in a number of meditation techniques. Carol has completed the Level 1 Mindfulness Meditation training (based on the teachings of Jon Kabat-Zinn- the founder of the Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction technique). Together they provide a wonderful supportive & relaxed environment, and will skillfully guide you through this course.

In 2018 we will be exploring meditation and mindfulness further and widen your experiences to include other kinds of meditation as well as mindfulness. This will enable you to find the practice that suits you and your lifestyle best.

These classes are available to beginners and experienced meditators. You do not need any previous experience at all- everyone is welcome. Select from two session day/times, and two venues, Beaumaris or Newport:

Newport:    Mondays 9 30 am - 10 30 am commences Monday 15th January

                   Wednesday 7 pm - 8 pm commences 17th January

Beaumaris:  Thursday 7 pm - 8 pm commences 18th January

                    Friday 9 30 am - 10 30 am commences 19th January

Venue: Details provided on booking, you can select from Beaumaris- Bayside Melbourne or Newport- Inner West Melbourne.

Cost: $20 per casual session or 10 sessions for $150 ( $15 per session)

Bookings: Bookings are essential as there is limited space at both venues.
